Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling Off)

• Period: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase (cancel the order) for any reason.

• Notification: To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision via email to info@lk-moto.si or by mail. We recommend using our official Model Withdrawal Form (available upon request).

• Returns Deadline: Once you notify us of withdrawal, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

2. Return Conditions and Costs

• Cost of Return: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns unless the item is defective.

• Reimbursement: We will refund the full purchase price, including the cheapest standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

• Condition of Goods: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (i.e., damage or use beyond simple inspection). We reserve the right to deduct this diminished value from your refund.

3. Items Exempt from Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom engravings).

• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, opened cosmetics).

• Sealed audio, video, or software unsealed after delivery.
